WINWORKER Cloud launches as a location-independent office for craftsmen

Goch, September 2026 – WINWORKER, a brand of the CRAFTVIEW Group, announces the launch of WINWORKER Cloud. The service is available with immediate effect and enables trades businesses to access the WINWORKER software regardless of location or device. The office and the building site work with a single, unified data set. Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook, complements the working environment.

Both the office and the building site access the same data

WINWORKER Cloud enables access to the WINWORKER software in the workplace, at the customer’s premises and on site. According to WinWorker GmbH, access is not dependent on a fixed location or a specific device. The data is stored in real time in the WINWORKER Cloud and automatically backed up, regardless of the device or operating system.

Microsoft Office complements the working environment

WINWORKER Cloud integrates access to the WINWORKER software with Microsoft Office. Word, Excel and Outlook are linked to the central digital workspace. All components are hosted in the cloud and kept up to date. The Office integration is therefore part of the package for the digital tradesman’s office.

Centralised provision reduces the IT workload

Today, craft businesses have many IT tasks to manage: office computers, server hardware, upgrades, protection against cyber-attacks, updates, data backup and maintenance. The centralised provision of WINWORKER Cloud reduces the effort involved in hardware, installations, updates and maintenance. The cloud stores data and backs it up automatically. It also enhances protection against cyber-attacks.
