Goch, September 2026 – WinWorker GmbH, a subsidiary of Craftview Software GmbH, is launching ARVIA Voice, an AI-powered telephone assistant for painting and decorating businesses. The solution answers calls when no one in the business is available to take them, records the enquiry and relevant contact details, and notes the next step in the process. WINWORKER will provide information on how the system works and its potential applications in a webinar on 30 September 2026.

In the day-to-day operations of painting and decorating firms, client appointments in the office, on-site jobs and organisational tasks are constantly intermingled. Consequently, not every call reaches the right person straight away. In such situations, ARVIA Voice takes the call and collects the information specified by the firm for further processing, such as the caller’s enquiry, relevant contact details and the next planned step. The details are forwarded in a structured format to the department designated by the business.

“Calls are answered even when a customer meeting is in progress in the office or the team is working on site. This ensures that enquiries and potential orders are not lost simply because no one from the team is available to answer the phone at that moment,” explains Dr André Rasquin, CEO of Craftview Software GmbH.

Structured information for the recall

What matters most for the business is not that a system handles a phone call, but that the necessary information is available when the call is returned. ARVIA Voice records the enquiry, captures the contact details and notes down the next step to be taken. This means the details from the phone call are available in a structured format before someone from the business handles the call-back.

“ARVIA Voice not only handles calls outside opening hours, but also takes the pressure off the team in their day-to-day work. As the AI captures all relevant data straight away, callers do not have to explain their enquiry all over again when they are called back and instead receive the appropriate advice straight away,” adds Stefan Kossian, Head of Product Management at Craftview Software GmbH.

First point of contact; processing remains within the company

ARVIA Voice does not make decisions and does not replace the work carried out by staff. The assistant acts as the first point of contact. It records the enquiry and gathers the information the team needs to arrange a callback. Advice and further processing remain the responsibility of the staff.

Further development through practical use

ARVIA Voice launches with a defined set of features and is being developed step by step. Feedback from customers based on practical use is incorporated into its further development. New features are tailored to the day-to-day needs of trades businesses.

“Artificial intelligence should not be used in the skilled trades simply for the sake of the technology, but to create genuine added value and ease the workload on businesses. That is why, with ARVIA Voice, we did not start with a long list of features, but with what really helps trades businesses in their day-to-day work,” emphasises Rasquin.
